Iconogénesis EP. 1
El poeta Mario Ortiz concibió el término ICONOGÉNESIS como la facultad de un objeto para generar imágenes.
En este trabajo, aún en proceso, he buscado transformar al Teatro Municipal de Bahía Blanca, sacándolo de su función habitual de “contenedor” de expresiones artísticas, para que sea una obra de arte en sí misma.
Esta obra se presentará en un formato multidisciplinario, en el mismo Teatro, el 03/Jul/22 procurando habitarlo poéticamente para que nuestra mirada sobre el mismo ya nunca sea igual.
Poet Mario Ortiz conceived the term ICONOGENESIS as the ability of an object to generate images.
In this work, still in process, I have sought to transform the Municipal Theater of Bahía Blanca, moving it from its usual function as a “container” of artistic expressions to becoming a work of art by itself.
This work will be presented in a multidisciplinary format, in the same Theater, next 03/Jul/22 trying to inhabit it poetically so that our gaze on it will never be the same.
